exactly how I expected. I love it!

I ordered a cutting board with a monogram...

I ordered a cutting board with a monogram on it and put the initials down as they are and noted that 'these are her initials' for e.g. 'ABC'. With a monogram, the last name 'C' should be the biggest letter in the middle. I got the cutting board and it had 'B' (the middle name) as the biggest letter in the middle. I wrote them to let them know that going forward, the last initial is always the biggest initial in the middle of a monogram. They responded saying I should have told them and that they inscribe it exactly as we write it. It wasn't friendly or apologetic and thankful that I let them know. I wasn't expecting anything in return in terms of a refund or redo, but this response wasn't what I was expecting and was unacceptable. If you order a monogram, be sure to put it EXACTLY as you want it to be inscribed -eg 'ACB' instead
